Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, we offer a simple solution to help you regain access to your account. On the login page, find and click the Forgot Password link. 

Enter your email address and click the Email Password Reset Link button.

 

After that you will receive an email from Magelon with instructions to reset your password. Click the Reset Password button provided in the email and type your new password.

Upon successfully resetting your password, you will receive the following message: 

Password Reset Successful: Your password has been reset!

This message confirms that the password reset process has been completed. You can now log in to your account using the newly set password. Make sure to securely store and remember your new password to ensure continued access to your account.
