Manually update Merchant Center & other channels

The Merchant Center is automatically updated once daily. However, if you make modifications to segments, rules, tags, or exclusions and wish to apply these changes immediately, you can manually request an update. This will synchronize your Merchant Center information with the data in Magelon Feeds right away.

You can navigate to Channels from the left side menu and find the channel you want. Click on the 3 dots icon and next to the Sync to MCA option. 

Please be aware that there may be a slight delay until the process is successfully completed. Afterward, you will be able to see the update in your Merchant Center account.

Note: Due to Google's restrictions on the frequency of fetch requests, you can initiate a synchronization every 30 minutes at the most.

 

For channels other than Google, automatic updates might occur more frequently than once per day. Additionally, to manually synchronize the feeds, you should initiate an update directly from their respective platforms.
