Delete Merchant

To delete a merchant, first select the desired merchant from the Dashboard view. Then, navigate to the left side menu and choose the Edit Account option.

Click the "I fully understand, delete the Merchant Account" button to proceed with the deletion. Please note that this action will not result in the immediate permanent deletion of the merchant account. Instead, the account will be moved to the archive, where it will remain for 60 days before being permanently deleted. During this time, the merchant is not visible in the active merchant list but can still be restored if necessary.
