Disable / Delete a Rule

To see the rules, find the merchant you want from your dashboard and click on it. On the side menu click on the Rules option. You will see all the available rules.

If a rule no longer serves its purpose, you have two options to stop using it:

  1. Disable the Rule: Each rule has an on/off switch. By default, the switch is set to "on" when you create the rule. You can turn it off at any time, making this feature useful for rules that need to be inactive for extended periods.

  2. Delete the Rule: You always have the option to delete the rule by clicking to the Delete button. You will get a pop up window for delete confirmation. Click Delete to move this rule to the Archive.

 

 

Note: If you make modifications to rules, these changes will be reflected on Merchant Center and other channels when the feeds are synced. This happens at least once a day, or more often. However, if you wish to apply these changes immediately, you can manually request an update. For instructions on how to manually update a channel, please refer to this article
